These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made through www.studiobru.eu. All prices are quoted in euros and exclude taxes, import duties, or broker fees, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please carefully review these terms before making any purchase.

SHIPPING
We collaborate with leading global carriers to ensure competitive and insured shipping via road, air, or sea. Our standard shipping service includes delivery to the ground floor. If delivery is required to higher floors, please notify us in advance as additional charges may apply. Should you wish to use your own shipping carrier, we will gladly provide the weight and dimensions of your package. Please ensure that insurance for the shipment is arranged independently.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is important to us. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover repackaging, handling, and relisting costs. The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges for both the original delivery and the return. Refunds will be issued only once the item has been returned in the same condition as when it was sent out. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs or import taxes. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before making your purchase to ensure you are confident in your decision. If you have any doubts, feel free to request additional information, including videos or live video calls.

Items can also be returned if they are found to not be as authentic or original as described, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Due to the nature of our business, most of our inventory consists of previously used items that have been restored or preserved for resale. These items may show signs of wear or aging, and as such, all items are sold as-is. We cannot provide any guarantees since we are not the manufacturers or reupholsterers.

PAYMENTS
We will issue an official invoice detailing our company and banking information. Any bank fees or charges incurred during the payment process will be the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept credit card payments. When making payment, please ensure that the invoice number is included as a reference.
