MP93 Lounge Chair by Percival Lafer, 1970s

€2,000.00

Original MP93 lounge chair designed by Percival Lafer in Brazil, around 1972.

The chair has a solid hardwood frame (jatoba) with a single molded seat made of injected foam, covered in its original leather.

The leather has been recently cleaned and conditioned. It shows visible wear and patina from use over time, which gives it character but does not affect its usability.

The MP93 model is less common than many of Lafer’s other designs and is not easy to find in original condition. The shape is wide and low, with a soft, heavy feel, balanced by the simple wooden base.

Good vintage condition overall.
